This book is one of the most helpful books for anyone designing for the user experience. The author lays out a timeless approach to thinking through the various kinds of design skills needed for a solid approach to UX design. This was the book that really jumpstarted my career in UX and sent me on a path to expertise in the industry. I can’t recommend this book enough.
